Guadassuar

The project

Mechanical treatment and material recovery plant for municipal solid and bulky waste, built for Reciclados Ribera Xúquer in Guadassuar, Valencia, in two phases between 2016 and 2018. The plant has a capacity of 590 tonnes per day, equal to 185,000 tonnes/year. SORAIN TECHNO built the pretreatment line (Instalación 2E) for recovering secondary raw materials from the different streams (plastics, metals, SRF) and, in a second phase, the biological treatment lines and the refining line for cleaning the compost and recovering glass (Instalación 1).
