Biomax-G®
Biological treatment in a dynamic reactor.
The technology
How it works.
Biomax-G® is the most advanced Dynamic Accelerated Bio-stabilisation system, combining continuous turning with forced aspiration and moisture control, fully automatically. The aerobic process takes place inside a closed bay, where moisture, temperature and aeration levels are constantly monitored. A bridge crane, the Biomax-G® itself, works across the entire surface of the composting bay and, through integrated augers, turns and moves the material according to programmed times and phases. The system is designed to treat two or more organic streams separately in the same bay, making Biomax-G® ideal for treating both source-separated organic waste and the biodegradable fraction of residual municipal waste.
Process
The process phases.
Automatic loading
Fresh organic material is automatically spread along the full length of the bay by a conveyor belt with an integrated tripper car, ensuring even distribution.
Dynamic zig-zag turning
The Biomax-G® bridge crane travels across the entire bay. Angled augers move the material in a zig-zag cycle from the loading side towards discharge, gently turning the biomass without breaking down its porous structure.
24/7 forced aeration
The aeration system runs under negative pressure, around the clock. Dedicated software modulates a bank of centrifugal fans assigned to specific zones. Suction ducts in the porous floor ensure even aeration throughout the biomass.
Temperature and moisture control
Distributed sensors continuously monitor temperature and moisture. Direct irrigation during turning keeps parameters optimal, preventing leachate and anaerobic pockets from forming.
Discharge and refining
The finished product is continuously discharged by a rotating paddle device onto a conveyor belt, which can connect directly to the refining line with no intermediate storage.

Technical advantages
Why choose Biomax-G®.
Industrially proven worldwide
More than 100 units in operation, treating a combined 25,000 tonnes/day of organic waste.
Every biodegradable organic waste stream
Suited to treating organic matter from unsorted MSW, source-separated organics, green waste, digestate, urban and agro-industrial sludge, and biomass in general.
Multiple matrices in the same bay
A modular system that treats more than one organic waste stream in the same bay, fully separated (e.g. organics from mixed MSW alongside source-separated organics).
Compact footprint: up to -40% surface area
The automatic level-compensation system cuts the footprint by up to 40%.
Moisture control without leachate
Direct irrigation of the biomass during turning, allowing any leachate produced during the process to be recirculated.
Heavy-duty design
Rugged and built for plants with a long service life, with low operating and maintenance costs.
